Summary The Foreclosure Department at Real Time Resolutions is seeking college interns interested in an opportunity to gain professional experience in the mortgage, foreclosure, and debt recovery industries. Essential Functions Perform equity analysis on a loan level basis Analyze credit profile, loan history, customer financial situation, and available assets Comply with federal, state, and local laws and regulations Responsible for thorough and accurate documentation in company’s collections systems State-specific research, review loan documents relating to origination and foreclosure, and prepare loans for referral to various attorneys Lien verification work Qualifications and Skills Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program with a GPA of 3.0 or higher Preferred, but not required: Mortgage knowledge or experience Must pass criminal background, and drug screen Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp industry terminology Proven self-motivation and ability to work independently Effective verbal and written communication skills Proficient problem solver with the capacity to document complex findings Team player with initiative and capable of achieving objectives with minimal supervision Strong aptitude for recording and updating processes and findings Attention to detail
