Swim Team Assistant Coach: The Swim Team Assistant Coach assists in the development of daily practice sessions including dry-land training, stretching, and swim training for all skill levels. Available to Gator Swim Team members and parents to answer questions concerning the program. Pay & Benefits : $14.69+/hour Part-time Part-time employees begin accruing Sick Leave immediately upon hire and Paid Time Off (PTO) after one year of employment All employees receive a free YMCA membership!
