The ideal candidate should have expertise in various aspects of intellectual property and possess a degree in engineering or science or be eligible to sit for the Patent Bar. Duties:Work comprehensively in all aspects of intellectual property law.Conduct legal research and analysis related to patents, trademarks, and copyrights.Draft and prosecute patent applications before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).Provide counsel on intellectual property strategies and protection.Handle intellectual property litigation matters.Negotiate and draft licensing agreements.Advise clients on patentability, infringement, and freedom-to-operate issues. Requirements:2-7 years of experience in intellectual property law.Degree in engineering or science, or eligibility to sit for the Patent Bar. Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. Certifications:Eligibility to sit for the Patent Bar. Skills:Proficient in all aspects of intellectual property law.Legal research and analysis.Patent drafting and prosecution.Litigation experience in intellectual property matters.Contract negotiation and drafting.Strategic counsel on intellectual property issues.
