We provide Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Dental, Physical Therapy, and Behavioral Health services to the under-served population throughout northern Arizona. We are proud of our Family Medicine Physician Residency, our medical education programs, and our passionate team. Payson is a town of 16,000 people located about 90 miles northeast of Phoenix, Arizona. It is home to Tonto National Bridge in the shadow of the Mogollon Rim, which geographically divides the southern and northern halves of the state. This creates diverse habitats of cool pine forests, high-elevation lakes, canyons, and a warmer desert climate. Attractive total compensation package ranging from $195,000.00 to $215,500.00 dependent on program incentives during first year of practice.
