Toyota Material Handling is seeking a qualified candidate to join our team in Production Control as a Change Management Planner. This position will be responsible to create and follow a variety of standard processes in the daily management of production support while making process decisions. Associate will implement Engineering Change Instructions through coordinating the setup of the supply chain of a part while reducing risk to production during implementation. Key Responsibilities Ability to create, train, and teach complex written instructions with a priority on accuracy for process. Managing projects, implementing new systems, processes, or other system improvements. Knowledge in parts management, Conveyance, and BOM management, and understanding of manufacturing processes Experience utilizing tools of the Toyota Production System including but not limited to: Kanban, Junjo, Heijunka. General knowledge of iSeries/SAP/database management. A positive and learning attitude with focus on process improvement. The ability to communicate effectively (written and verbally) on detailed process and production related items. Ability to work with and lead cross-functional teams. The ability to break down complex problems and create/implement solutions. Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner. Additional duties as assigned. Education & Experience: 4yr Supply Chain bachelor's degree, Technical degree, or equivalent. Effective communication skills (written, and verbal). Detailed experience and knowledge of SAP and AS400.
