Our technicians are experts in pest management and nuisance wildlife. We see to that with great and regular training, including time with leading industry experts in pest control.Our technicians make a good living with strong base pay and commissions from selling our services from provided leads. The job includes a company vehicle, uniforms, paid vacation, paid personal days, a retirement plan, and health and disability benefits. We have a nice working environment, friendly and helpful coworkers, and state-of-the-art technology to support you. Yes, A-1 is a great place to work. Compensation and benefits: $40,000 - $65,000 annually dependent upon experience Paid Time Off (PTO) $10,000 company-provided life insurance policy 401k retirement savings contribution match after a year Health insurance Ongoing training Requirements: Working in confined spaces such as crawlspaces and attics Verbal and written communication skills Maintaining licenses, certifications, and/or registrations as required Operation and maintenance of a service vehicle, hand tools, and power equipment Operation of a handheld device for completion of service orders Perform Sentricon treatments and inspections Complete termite pretreats Performing high-quality pest control for residential and consumer properties Applicants must: Have a history of good job attendance Have a willingness to be flexible throughout the workday Have a good driving record Have a positive attitude with a get it done mentality Be able to pass a background check and drug screen Provide references upon request A-1 Pest Control is an equal opportunity employer and a drug-free workplace.
