Service Lane Greeter/Shuttle Driver/Express Lane Advisor Mahalak Auto Group is currently searching for highly energetic, self-motivated, and confident individual to join our busy Service Department as Service Lane Greeter/Shuttle Driver/Express Lane Advisor. Key Responsibilities: · Greet customers promptly and make them feel welcome upon arrival. · Assist with vehicle movements within the service area. · Provide customer shuttle services as needed. · Process vehicle check-ins for both regular service and express lane customers. · Deliver outstanding customer service at all times, ensuring customer satisfaction. · Maintain a clean and organized workspace for efficient operations. · Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Qualifications: · Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues. · Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment. · Punctual, reliable, and professional demeanor. · Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
