We welcome all applicants and look forward to new colleagues joining our community!Duties:The BSA Analyst will review activity for Currency Transaction Report (CTR) reporting, suspicious activity reporting, and 314a reporting. Assist branch personnel with tracking and correction of errors due to filing or due diligence collection. Conduct Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) verifications to determine if hits are false positive and relate the findings appropriately. Participate in various department projects, monitoring, and generally assist the BSA Officer as needed. Complete training, as assigned, within the expected timeframes.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent banking experience Two or more years of compliance experience including BSA/AML transaction monitoring Demonstrated proficiency using basic computer software such as Microsoft Office Strong analytical and problem solving skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and time management skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations Ability to work in a team-oriented environment Ability to sit in front of a computer for extended periods of time
