District Three Governmental Cooperative will be accepting resumes/applications for a full-time Personnel Manager.Job summary:Under the supervision of the Director of Administration, the Personnel Manager shall coordinate the hiring and orientation of new employees, supervise the reception area and staff, and maintain general personnel files. Administer the Senior Employment Training Program. The starting pay for this position is $16.92-$18.31 per hour with a work week of 37.5 hours (Full-time with competitive benefits package).Job Qualifications:All applicants must possess a High School Diploma. Bachelor's degree in Human resources or Human Services preferred. He/she shall have knowledge, skills, training and experience in employment laws, regulations, and guidelines. All applicants must be able to provide leadership to other employees, focus on and deal with complex issues simultaneously.
