Required Education and Experience for Therapist - LMHP Master's degree from an accredited college/university in an applicable human services field and licensure in the State of Virginia as a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist. LPC, LCSW, or LCP in the state of Virginia (required) Minimum 5 years of clinical management experience (preferred) Are you an experienced clinical supervisor who is looking to lead strong programs during a time of new initiatives in behavioral healthcare practices? AHCS is looking for a Clinical Services Supervisor to support and develop the quality services provided in our behavioral health programs. Alleghany Highlands Community Services provides services and support to individuals in our community with behavioral health challenges and intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Clinical Services Supervisor is responsible for the administrative and clinical oversight of Emergency Services, Same Day Access, Children's Services, SUD Services, and Outpatient Services. As a member of the MH/SUD department supervisory team, the Clinical Services Supervisor assists in planning, developing, organizing, and monitoring mental health and substance use disorder services. RESPONSIBILITIE S Plans, develop, and implements AHCS approved Outpatient programs/services in mental health and substance use disorders services to assure available, evidenced-based treatment curriculums are provided Facilitates individual and group therapy as needed. Completes and reviews all necessary documentation in the electronic health record, ensuring compliance in all areas Participates in a variety of interagency workgroups, as assigned, that advance the mission of AHCS, and or require representation from AHCS, in order to progress our interests, needs, and capacity to provide services, and/or are key relationship-building activities.
