Urology physician job in Kentucky : There is an opportunity to join a thriving Urology practice located within an hour of Lexington, Kentucky. The practice currently has two skilled Urologists on staff. Opportunity Employed position. 2 days in the clinic; 2 days in the OR Bread & Butter Urology-expect 30-35 cases. 159 beds + 5 ORs Planning to add Robot by next year. Open to H1-B and J-1 Visa candidates. Ability to mentor both Residents and students Compensation MGMA median salary - 2-year income guarantee Then go on work RVU productivity Ability to earn up to the 90th %ile-$900K Signing Bonus-$50K Loan forgiveness Stipend Full benefits Community Located 50 minutes from Lexington.
